Dallas-based Campbell Travel will be the first North American reseller of travel technology company Thomalex’s corporate online booking tool, Thomalex announced.
Campbell Travel partner and CIO Bill Campbell said the travel management company would use the platform to “create a white-label, corporate, online presence, with robust features not available in other platforms.” Integrations in the tool include New Distribution Capability content, aggregated hotel content, virtual payments, expense management, artificial intelligence and hotel reshopping, according to Campbell president Teri Goins.
To date, Thomalex has operated in Europe, Africa and Asia, and the company said it plans to be “very selective” in partnering with TMC resellers in North America. Thomalex CEO Rastko Ilic said it chose Campbell due to its “reputation as a progressive TMC with the highest standards for exemplary service.”
Per the agreement, Campbell also will fulfill online transactions and offer live support for direct clients of Thomalex, including companies with corporate travel departments and others that choose to directly contract with technology partners.
